Baker Scott
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Scott is the Chief Technology Officer for Amalfi Semiconductor. He has over 25 years engineering and management experience in the mixed-signal semiconductor industry.

Before joining Amalfi, Mr. Scott was the Senior Director of Engineering and Design Center Manager for RF Micro Devices (RFMD), a global leader in the design and manufacturing of high performance semiconductor components. He worked for RFMD's research and development department and led the development of transceiver architectures and power management integrated circuits for 3G-wireless technology. Prior to RFMD, Mr. Scott was the Chief Executive Officer of Channel Technology, a mixed-signal semiconductor startup company in Boulder, Colorado that was acquired by RFMD in 2003.

Additional engineering and management positions held by Mr. Scott include Vice President of Engineering for the magnetic read channel and network products at Cirrus Logic, Design Manager for the CMOS data conversion products at Crystal Semiconductor, and various other design and management positions at Siliconix and Burr Brown.
