Description

Amalfi Semiconductor is looking for an Analog Design Engineer to join our Engineering Team.  In this role you will be responsible for senior contributions in the specification, design, development and test of critical analog blocks in the company's innovative mixed signal products.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working with other Senior members of a multi-disciplined team in estimating tasks, identifying risks and planning verification strategies.
• Support/Contribute to layout activities
• Participate in IC/RFIC system, specification, design and layout reviews.

Specific Qualifications Include:

• BSEE, MSEE or PhD preferred
• A minimum of 2 years experience in analog IC design
• Experience in designing opamps, regulators, PLLs and miscellaneous analog circuits.  Solid foundation in device matching, loop stability, layout techniques, DC source design and parasitic extraction.
• Experience with off-chip components and IC/RFIC block characterization strategies.
• Experience with Cadence Design Environment; Spectre, Hspice, Eldo, Laker, Verilog-A, Matlab.
